The combination of over 20 years experience as a chocolatier and working in the film industry as a sous chef, has provided Beverly Ann a strong appreciation for quality. CaCao by Beverly Ann uses the highest quality Belgian Callebaut chocolate, and locally produced/vendor ingredients, in her creations. Beverly Ann believes that we eat with our eyes first and creates beautiful chocolate creations, which she sells at the Peterborough Regional Farmers’ Market.
